Welcome to the Transitions Job Group.
Our group will be focusing on three areas each week as part of our career search but there is a portion of this that is an amazing opportunity for anyone wanting to know more about themselves.
Each week we’ll be looking at
1. Knowing God (our foundation),
2. Knowing Ourselves (personality, behavior, abilities, and gifting assessments using “The Call” profile) – this information will be used in group coaching sessions with a mind toward better self awareness and personal branding relative to marketing yourself,
3. Knowing the Market which will focus on executing an effective career campaign.
I believe nearly everyone can benefit from knowing more about themselves and how God has wired me.
